A CLEAR RECOMMENDATION

How recommendations work.

A tool recommendation should help you solve a defined problem. We aim to explain the job, why a tool may fit, the first useful setup and what you should consider before paying.

Affiliate links

The tool guide currently uses standard links to providers’ official websites. If affiliate links are added, they will be labelled as affiliate links.

A commission depends on the provider’s current programme, eligibility and attribution rules. We do not promise that a particular click or signup generates a commission.

Choosing what to recommend

We organise tools by the job they can help with. Begin with your intended result, check existing features and consider the cost and maintenance involved. A simpler setup may be enough for your current stage.

Prices, features, limits and programme terms can change. Check the provider’s current official information before making a purchase.

Examples and evidence

An illustrative example explains a method. A tested workflow shows the result of a particular test. A measured business outcome requires evidence from the operating business. These are different kinds of evidence and should be labelled accordingly.

The programme does not guarantee income, audience growth or time savings. Use the worksheets and completion checks to assess the actual result in your own situation.

Commercial relationships

If a future piece is sponsored or a product is supplied for review, that relationship should be identified with the relevant content. A provider’s logo or name does not imply that Clearweft is endorsed by that provider.

Questions and corrections

Use the official documentation linked from the tool guide to confirm a feature or implementation detail. We include those sources so you can inspect the provider’s own instructions.
